Account Deletion
We respect your right to be forgotten. Learn how to permanently and irrevocably erase your account and all associated data from our secure infrastructure.
1. Permanent and Irrevocable Erasure
When you initiate an account deletion, you are instructing our automated systems to permanently purge your data from our active databases. This action is absolute and irreversible.
Upon deletion, all of your synchronized timetables, assignment data, grades, and profile information will be wiped. We cannot recover your account or your data once the process has completed.
2. How to Initiate Deletion
You can delete your account directly through the self-service portal within the application.
- Log in to your Uni OS account.
- Navigate to your Settings panel.
- Select the Account & Security section.
- Click on the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the deletion by acknowledging the irreversible nature of the action.
If you have lost access to your account and cannot log in, you may request manual deletion by emailing support@hfmlegacy.com from the email address associated with your account.
3. Effect on Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account will immediately terminate any active subscriptions. As outlined in our Cancellation & Refunds policy, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your billing cycle. By deleting your account, you forfeit the remaining paid time.
